Case: Coop

On several occasions, we have worked with the supermarket giant, Coop, to provide them with expertise as they establish and implement a variety of new financial processes.

Project 1

Reconciling the tax account and setting up a process for future reconciliation and management of the area in the context of the transition to SAP.

 

Result: The account is now reconciled on an on-going basis, so significantly less time is spent, given that all challenges are continuously identified and action taken.

Project 2

Review and reconciliation of other liabilities, including discussions with the auditors about random checks etc.

 

Result: A process is now in place for the future management and reconciliation of this area. We have also come up with various suggestions for improvements.

Project 3

Statement and reconciliation of customs duties and levies, and the establishment of a process for future reconciliation and management/administration of the area in the context of the transition to SAP.

 

Result: In recent years these areas had not been properly reconciled. That situation has now been rectified. The account is now reconciled on an on-going basis, so there significantly less time is spent, given that all challenges are continuously identified and action taken.

Case: E.ON

Consultancy project for E.ON Danmark A/S from 2014-2016

  • In the context of the implementation of an AX system at E.ON, our consultant assisted in the successful implementation of AX2012.

  • The project involved our consultant’s resolution of a variety of accounting tasks, including day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting etc. to the great satisfaction of the client.

  • Tasks included the implementation of MS Dynamics AX 2012 and data analysis in the context of integration of billing systems, CRM etc.

  • E.ON Danmark A/S has since hired the consultant on a permanent basis.
